1. How to sign-in to the CaratLane Diwali Gift Store?

You can sign-in using your official e-mail id and password which is already sent by FOXBOX.
2. Step to Redeem Your Diwali Gift?

Step 1 - You have to login using the temporary password initially and then change the password.

Step 2 - Once you receive the mail of the 1 Reward point will be credited to your account, which you can use to redeem a gift of your choice from the 3 listed products

Step 3 - You can place an order for a single product (1 unit) of your choice

Step 4 – You can track your order click on My Account >> My Orders to view the order status.

4. How to reset my password?

Simply click on forget password >> enter email id >> user will receive the OTP >> enter the OTP>> Click on verify button>> Reset password.
5. How can I redeem products from the CaratLane Diwali Gift Store?

After login you have to select any one product with a single quantity, add to cart, checkout and place order.
6. Do allotted Points have an expiry date?

Yes, your allotted Points expire on 07 October 2024.
7. How to check my Points balance?

Log-in to the CaratLane Diwali Gift Store and your Points balance will be reflected next to the ‘My Account’ tab.
8. How long does it take to receive the products after ordering them?
Kindly refer to product page shipping details.
9. How can we track our order?

Log-in to FoxBox Portal, then click on My Account >> My Orders to view the order status.
10. Where do I update the delivery address?

Your Order will be delivered to the respective office location which is already provided by CaratLane.
11. What is the Return Policy ?

Returns: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If the item received is damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. Post verifying, we will send the replacement.

Items to be replaced will be shipped within the standard 7-12 working days’ post confirmation on receiving the faulty product. Kindly contact us on Email: escalations@foxboxretail.com

Cancellation: Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note, refund of order points will be processed contacting us on Email: escalations@foxboxretail.com
12. How do I cancel or change my order?

Order can be cancelled with 24 hrs before the order is confirmed by Foxbox.
13. What if I cannot order a product?

Stock is subject to availability, and can go out of stock depends on the orders. Product allocation is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
