SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your Order will be delivered to the respective office location which is already provided by CaratLane.
For dispatch and shipping details kindly refer to shipping details tab in product page.
Please ensure proper address, pin code along with correct mobile number is provided for seamless deliveries.
Delivery will be made only to street addresses. Products will not be delivered to PO Box addresses.
If your order is outside delivery limits, our customer service team may contact you for an alternate address and the above timelines may vary.
If there are any cases where tracking shows the shipment is delivered and the employee has not received it, the same should be escalated within 24 Business Hours.
Resolution time from courier partners to resolve any issues are between 72-96 Working Hours.
Please Note : Do not accept the shipment if the shipment seems to be damaged or tampered with. In case if you accept the same, please make an unboxing video and share it with escalations@foxboxretail.com along with your order number. Such cases to be highlighted within 12 Business Hours upon receiving the shipment.
