RETURN
All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects not in case the user wishes to change his products. subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- In case of any defects please contact the brand directly for warranty claims, we will not be liable for any refunds in case where its a branded product and brand warranties are applicable.
- All Replacements & Refund cases are considered within 2 days after the date of delivery.
- FOXBOX reserves the final right of refusal or acceptable for refund or exchange.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If the item received is damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. Post verifying we will send the replacement.
Items to be replaced will be shipped within the standard 7-12 working days post confirmation on receiving the faulty product. Kindly contact us on escalations@foxboxretail.com.
Cancellation: Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note, refund of order points will be processed contacting us on escalations@foxboxretail.com.
