The customer needs to send the product back to us to fix it & we will courier it back to the customer after the bag is been fixed.

Once the order is dispatched additional 5-7 working days would take for the delivery of the product.
Delivery will be made only to street addresses. Products will not be delivered to PO Box addresses.
